Synchropack is presenting its latest innovations at the Interpack trade fair in Germany

The Spanish company, specialized in the manufacture of flowpack machinery, will exhibit two new high-speed wrappers designed to work with 100% recyclable multilayer materials.

The first machine that Synchropack is presenting at the fair is the Pack 900 RT flow-wrapper equipped with a HSS (Hi Speed Synchronizer) multi-ribbon feeder. This machine is prepared to work with multilayer polypropylene (PP) materials and offers a high production speed, which makes it ideal for large volumes. In addition, the use of multilayer polypropylene materials allows the containers to be 100% recyclable, which contributes to the protection of the environment.

The second machine that Synchropack is presenting at the fair is the Pack 600 LTS HS (Hi Speed) wrapping machine designed to work with multilayer polyethylene (PE) materials and make completely airtight seals. This machine is perfect for wrapping fresh products in modified atmosphere, which allows a better preservation of the product. In addition, the use of multilayer polyethylene materials also allows the packaging to be 100% recyclable.
